It is necessary
- Main ingredients:
- • 2 ripe bananas (the second banana can be replaced with a pear or apple);
- • oat flakes "Extra" (up to 1 glass);
- • salt (pinch);
- • sugar or fructose (up to 1 tablespoon);
- • vegetable oil (1-2 tablespoons).
- Additional ingredients (we combine as desired, any proportions):
- dried apricots;
- prunes;
- raisins;
- dates;
- sunflower seeds;
- different nuts (hazelnuts, cashews, walnuts, almonds);
- sesame;
- cinnamon;
- lemon.
Instructions
Step 1
Grind bananas in a blender or knead until smooth.
Step 2
Grind all additional ingredients in a blender or finely-finely chop.
Step 3
Mix bananas and additional ingredients, add salt and sugar, vegetable oil, Extra oatmeal (from 2/3 cup to 1 cup). Mix everything thoroughly again. You should get a very thick mass, which mixes with difficulty.
Step 4
Put baking paper on a baking sheet or grease with vegetable oil. We spread the mass on a baking sheet, level it with a spoon and a knife (you can use a rolling pin) - you should get a large rectangle 1 cm thick. We make notches with a knife, dividing into slices.
Step 5
Cooking in the oven for 10-35 minutes at a temperature of 160-170 degrees. If you like soft muesli, then 10-15 minutes will be enough, if you prefer hard - keep it longer.
