Delicious, sweet and healthy bars are a great option for a light breakfast or dessert. It is very convenient to take them on the road when there is no "right" food at hand.
It is necessary
- - 100 g of honey;
- - 200 g of oatmeal (any other or mixture);
- - 200 g of a mixture of dried fruits (cranberries, cherries, jumbo raisins, dried apricots);
- - 100 g of a mixture of nuts (pistachios, hazelnuts, sunflower seeds);
- - 100 ml of vegetable oil (odorless).
Instructions
Step 1
Wash, but do not soak, the dried fruit, then finely chop or grind in a blender.
Step 2
Stir together the flakes, dried fruit, chopped nuts, and seeds. Heat honey separately to a liquid state and mix it with vegetable oil. Then pour the resulting mixture into the flakes so that they are completely moistened, otherwise they will not "stick" into bars.
Step 3
Line a baking dish with paper or vegetable oil. Spoon out the cereal and tamp well. Bake in oven at 160 ° C for 20-30 minutes.
Step 4
Top the prepared muesli with melted honey for a beautiful shine and cut into elongated rectangles. You can store the bars at room temperature.
