- - quinoa - 50 g
- - sesame seeds - 50 g

- - honey - 1 tbsp. l.
- - sugar syrup (thick viscous) - 4 tbsp. l.
- - cinnamon (to taste)
- - cardamom (to taste)
- - oat flakes - 4 tbsp. l.
Instructions
Step 1
Cooking nut butter. Grind half the almonds in a blender until pasty. Add 1 teaspoon of honey and a little salt. Grind until oil appears.
Step 2
Rinse the quinoa well and mix with sesame seeds, flaxseed, oatmeal, salt, spices. Add the remaining half of the coarsely chopped almonds.
Step 3
In a small cup, mix prepared almond paste with honey and sugar syrup. Place in the microwave for 1 minute.
Step 4
Mix dry and wet ingredients together to form a thick mass. Preheat oven to 180 degrees. Cover the prepared dish with baking paper and put in the oven for 15 minutes. We take it out of the oven and cool it down. Cut with a thin knife. The bars are ready.
