- Pumpkin 300 g
- Flour
- Chicken fillet 1-2 pcs.
- Greens 1 bunch
- Bow 1 pc.

- Double boiler
Instructions
Step 1
In a double boiler or oven, cook a pumpkin according to your favorite recipe. I just threw it in the double boiler (sprinkle with salt) for 25 minutes and started making the filling.
Step 2
Cut the chicken fillet (you can use any part of the chicken, it doesn't matter) cut into thin strips about 3 cm long and 1 cm wide. Salt, add herbal spices, if you are in the mood. Three onions on a grater and add to the chicken, garlic is also there. I use granulated garlic, but you can also crush a clove in a garlic press. Finely chop the greens (I had parsley, you can also mix) and add to the minced meat.
Step 3
We mash the finished pumpkin with a fork, add enough flour to make a dough, like on dumplings. And then, according to the standard scheme, we sculpt dumplings of any shape that you like, you can mold them with dumplings, the taste will not change from this. We send it to the double boiler for 25-30 minutes and enjoy the yummy!
Step 4
Sauce recipe: mix a glass of kefir or yogurt with 1 tsp. mustard, add 1 tbsp. French mustard seeds, drizzle with lemon juice, add a little chopped herbs, preferably dill.
