It is necessary

    • 2 tablespoons tomato paste
    • onion head;
    • cilantro and parsley in the same proportion;
    • 3 or 4 cloves of garlic (the amount depends on your desire);
    • ground red pepper;
    • a glass of warm water;
    • salt;
    • hops-suneli.

Instructions

Step 1

Place the tomato paste in a small saucepan and cover gently with water. Stir slowly until all the lumps are in place. Put the resulting liquid homogeneous mass on a small fire, lightly cover with a lid and leave it to boil. Just be careful not to burn the pasta.

Step 2

Peel and cut the onion into very thin half rings. After that, cut up the rest of the greens. Do not cut too small, but do not cut too large.

Step 3

As soon as the tomato paste boils, stirring it gently, add all the greens and onions there. Don't forget the pepper and salt. Add hops-suneli, and after thoroughly mixing the whole mass, leave to simmer for ten minutes.

Step 4

Grind the garlic cloves using a special garlic press. Add the resulting garlic mixture to the resulting gravy and mix everything well.

Step 5

Try to taste in order to understand whether you have put all the ingredients in enough or something is still missing. Spoon some of the gravy with a spoon and spread it over the bread or plate. During the time that you will spread, the gravy will have time to cool down and then you will be able to understand its taste. The fact is that it is useless to try to taste many Georgian spices hot, as they show their taste cold.

Step 6

Transfer the resulting beef gravy to a gravy boat or bowl, let it sit for a few hours, and serve as soon as the gravy has cooled.
