Meat-free soups work well for dieters. Many believe that the base of the soup is necessarily meat broth. And vegetarian soups, vegetable soups are not so tasty and nutritious. This is not true. Without meat, you can cook mushroom soup, milk, with beans, pasta or cereals. Such soups are quite hearty and tasty.

- Potatoes - 200-300 gr.
- cauliflower - 200 gr.
- carrots - 1 pc.
- bell pepper - 1 pc.
- onion - 1 pc.
- dill
- garlic
- vegetable oil
- pepper
- salt.
Instructions
Step 1
Cut pepper, potatoes, carrots into strips.
Chop the dill and onion.
Step 2
Fry the onions in a pan until golden brown. Add carrots there. Next is pepper. Saute vegetables over low heat for 2 minutes.
Step 3
Boil water, salt. Add potatoes, bring to a boil over low heat. Add cauliflower. Bring to a boil.
Step 4
Add vegetables and dill from the pan. Add garlic and pepper at the end of cooking.
