- - garlic - 2 cloves;

Instructions
Step 1
Put granulated sugar, salt and vegetable oil in a glass of boiling water. Add wheat flour to this mass in small portions. Stir the mixture until the lumps disappear. This will give you a soft dough. Take it aside and do not touch it for half an hour.
Step 2
Rinse the tomatoes thoroughly, then chop them into rings. Put the cheese in a deep bowl and mash until smooth with a fork. By the way, if you do not have this ingredient, then you can replace it with cottage cheese, only in this case, season with salt. Add cloves of garlic chopped through a garlic press and finely chopped herbs to the cheese. Mix thoroughly.
Step 3
Divide the dough in half. Turn one part into a layer of small thickness. Place the tomato cut into rings on it first, and so that the distance between each piece is at least 3 centimeters.
Step 4
Put the cheese mass on the tomato slices. Roll out the second piece of dough in exactly the same way and cover the filling with it.
Step 5
Having picked up a glass with the same diameter as the sliced tomatoes, cut out future bomb pies with it. Fry them on each side until golden brown.
