Step 1

Put granulated sugar, salt and vegetable oil in a glass of boiling water. Add wheat flour to this mass in small portions. Stir the mixture until the lumps disappear. This will give you a soft dough. Take it aside and do not touch it for half an hour.

Rinse the tomatoes thoroughly, then chop them into rings. Put the cheese in a deep bowl and mash until smooth with a fork.
