Base recipe

Ingredients:

- flour - 100 g;

- sugar - 150 g;

- eggs - 4 pcs.;

- vanillin - 1 tsp. (15 grams).

Preparation

Crack the eggs and carefully separate the whites from the yolks. Put the latter in a bowl, add 75 g of sugar and vanillin. Whisk these ingredients thoroughly until smooth.

Use a mixer to beat the whites in another bowl, gradually adding the remaining sugar to them. The resulting masses must be combined and mixed thoroughly, gradually adding flour.

Pour the resulting dough into a mold. Bake the cakes in an oven preheated to 180 degrees for about half an hour.

Souffle recipe

Ingredients:

- a glass of milk;

- 35 g of gelatin;

- 250 g butter;

- half a glass of water;

- 1, 5 glasses of sugar;

- 8 eggs;

- 1 p. l. flour;

- ¼ h. L. vanillin.

Preparation

Soak gelatin in cold water. Leave it alone for 20 minutes.

Separate the yolks from the whites. Put the latter in the refrigerator, and grind the yolks with half the sugar.

Pour milk in a thin stream, add flour and stir everything until smooth. Then put it in a steam bath and bring to a boil while stirring continuously. Then cool the mixture.

Whisk the butter white. Add it to the cooled mixture. Pour in vanillin and whisk the future soufflé with a blender.

Heat the gelatin until completely dissolved, then cool it. At this time, beat the whites into a tight foam, gradually adding sugar to them.

Drain the gelatin into whites. Then mix them gently with the cream. The soufflé is ready!

How to make a breast cake

Place the finished soft biscuit cakes in a deep spherical container, for example, a deep plate. After the biscuit takes the desired shape, pour the soufflé to the very edges of the container.

Cover the soufflé layer with another crust if desired.

Place the plates filled with cakes and soufflés in the refrigerator for about 10-12 hours. After this time, remove the bust blanks from the plates and grease them with cream, then place them back in the refrigerator until they harden.

Instead of a purchased cream, you can grease the cakes with condensed milk, after mixing it with butter.

Now that your main ingredients are ready to decorate the cake, cut two small vertical strips from the inner sides of the "sweet bust cups". They are needed in order to form a hollow when connecting two spherical blanks - parts of the future breast.

The final touch is the decoration of the outer part of the cake with mastic. You can easily find it in the pastry section of many supermarkets. Roll out the mastic thinly (but not too much) and cut out a triangle for the neckline of the chest, then carefully place it on the workpiece. Do the same for the rest of the bust - after rolling out the mastic, cut out a bra-shaped piece and place it tightly on the cake.
