Heat a skillet with a little vegetable oil. Fry the mushrooms until tender. Season with salt to taste. Make a small flat cake from the minced meat. Place the mushroom filling in the middle. Top with minced meat. Form a patty. Fry on both sides until golden brown. Put the finished cutlets on a baking sheet and pour the tomato sauce on top. To do this, cut the onions into half rings and fry. Grate the carrots on a coarse grater. Place with the onion along with the fried mushrooms. Dissolve tomato paste in water and add to vegetables.
