    • 120 grams of sour cream;

Step 1

From this number of products, one cake is obtained, designed for two people. Purchase all the ingredients you need and start making the cheese cake. Measure out 120 grams of Mozzarella cheese and grate it on a coarse grater into a deep bowl. Take a cutting board and cut the dill as small as possible.

In the same bowl, place 2 tablespoons of wheat flour and 120 sour cream. Beat in one chicken egg. Add the finely chopped dill to the ingredients already in the bowl.

Flip the cake over to the other side. You need to turn it over very carefully and quickly, since the cheese will already melt and become viscous by that time. Place the lid back on the pan and fry the other side for a little over two minutes. Turn off the fire.

Use a spatula to transfer the finished flatbread to a plate. Then the cheese cake will easily slide off the pan and will not break. The prepared dish should be served hot and cut with a pizza knife.
