Delicate milk sauce makes the fish taste very rich and bright. The dish cooks very quickly. The combination of mushrooms and vegetables is in perfect harmony with any fish.

It is necessary

  • - 250 ml of milk;
  • - 500 g cod fillet;
  • - 400 g of champignon mushrooms;
  • - 2 pcs. onions;
  • - 20 g of potato starch;
  • - 50 g of white flour;
  • - 50 g butter;
  • - 100 g of dill;
  • - 5 g of salt;
  • - 100 g of cheese;
  • - 5 g of black ground pepper;
  • - 2 g of red ground pepper.

Instructions

Step 1

Rinse the onion in cold running water, dry and chop finely. Melt the butter in a skillet and fry the onion in it until golden brown.

Step 2

Soak the mushrooms in warm water for 30 minutes. Rinse thoroughly so that there is no sand, pat dry and cut into thin slices. Add mushrooms to onions and cook for 15 minutes.

Step 3

Rinse the fish, remove the bones, if necessary, and cut into small cubes.

Step 4

Pour flour and fish spices into a clean, dense bag, mix everything. Place the pieces of fish in a bag and stir. Let the fish soak in the spices for 20-30 minutes.

Step 5

Fry the fish on both sides in melted butter. Add mushrooms to the fish and pour over the milk. Simmer over medium heat for 15-20 minutes.

Step 6

Sprinkle the cooked fish with grated cheese and garnish with parsley. Serve with boiled potatoes, rice and any vegetables.
