    • margarine;

Instructions

Step 1

Put 80 grams of margarine in a wide saucepan, melt. Pour in 1 glass of milk, add one tablespoon of sugar, a bag of yeast (10 grams), salt, beat in one egg.

Step 2

Mix thoroughly, add 200 grams of flour. Stir again, cover with a damp towel or lid. Let the dough rise in a warm place. When bubbles appear in the dough, add 250 grams of flour in small portions. If the dough comes off your hands easily, but not too steep, then there is enough flour. Shape the dough into a ball. Cover it with vegetable oil on top to prevent it from sticking to the pot. Cover again with a towel or lid, put in a warm place, let it stand until it doubles.

Step 3

Sprinkle the table with flour. Put half of the dough on it and divide into equal pieces weighing about 50 grams. Roll each piece so that you get a thin flagellum.

Step 4

Take 10 sausages. Wrap each with a flagella. Prepare a baking sheet: line it with baking paper or brush with vegetable oil. Turn on the oven at 50oC. Place the sausages in flagella on a baking sheet and put in a heated oven to rise for 10 minutes.

Step 5

Increase heating power to 250oC. Bake until golden brown. Serve ready-made sausages hot with mustard and ketchup.
