A simple recipe for light and tasty cutlets, for the preparation of which you do not need special culinary skills. They will be a great addition to any lunch, dinner or even breakfast.
For this dish you will need one medium zucchini, 200 gr. chopped mushrooms, one small head of onions, 3-4 tablespoons of flour, some baking soda, one raw egg, any oil for frying, ground pepper and salt.
Let's start cooking. Fry finely chopped onion with mushrooms and leave to cool. We use any mushrooms that are suitable for frying. You can even add mushrooms. Wash and clean the zucchini, rub it with a grater (medium or fine) and put it in a deep bowl. Add to it mushrooms and onions, soda on the tip of a knife, flour, egg, salt and pepper. We mix everything.
If you suddenly find that you are out of flour, do not worry. It can be easily replaced with semolina, it will turn out to be no worse, even tastier. If you use semolina, then after stirring everything, you should wait 10 minutes before frying.
Fry our mushroom cutlets over low heat until cooked on both sides. You can serve them with sour cream or just like that, decorating with any greens.
