Zucchini is a vegetable that perfectly complements any table, and as a side dish is ideal for all types of meat and fish. Grilled zucchini with exquisite marinade is sure to become an integral part of your menu.

- –Young zucchini (3-6 pcs.);
- - olive oil (30 ml);
- –Basil (7 g);
- –Fill to taste;
- –Dry white wine (15 ml);
- –Soy sauce (10 ml);
- - garlic to taste;
- -salt;
- - peppercorns to taste.
Instructions
Step 1
Rinse the courgettes thoroughly. Remove visible lesions on the skin with a knife. Cut the stalk off one side of the vegetable. Cut the zucchini into rings, the thickness of which should be no more than 2-3 cm.
Step 2
Prepare the marinade first. To do this, take a bowl, pour in olive oil, add soy sauce. Stir well until the butter and sauce are smooth. Then add dry wine, chopped or pressed through a press garlic, pepper, basil and dill. Season with salt and stir again. Leave the marinade to infuse.
Step 3
Brush the zucchini with a little olive oil, place on a wire rack and bake for 5-10 minutes. Please note that the vegetables must not be burnt. This will spoil the taste of the dish.
Step 4
Dip each circle of baked zucchini in the sauce and place on a dish in a convenient sequence. It is best to lay out the zucchini in layers for better marinating.
Step 5
Cover the zucchini with special cling film and leave for a while. The more the dish is marinated, the more refined the taste will be. The dish can be varied with baked carrots, bell peppers of different colors or potatoes. This will create a great assortment of vegetables.
