Milk soup is the first dish that uses milk as a liquid base instead of water. Various cereals can be added to milk soups - millet, rice, barley, semolina, buckwheat, oats. You can add different vegetables or even make a sweet milk soup with fruits. Milk soup will turn out to be very interesting with fish, and thanks to celery and bell peppers, it will become even healthier.
It is necessary
- - 700 g of cod;
- - 150 g onions;
- - 100 g of fresh herbs;
- - 100 g of celery;
- - 5 potatoes;
- - 1, 5 glasses of milk;
- - 1 sweet bell pepper;
- - 2 tbsp. tablespoons of olive oil;
- - black pepper, salt.
Instructions
Step 1
Prepare the cod carcass - rinse it, remove the gills. Put the fish in cold water, bring to a boil, remove the froth, cook for another 40 minutes.
Step 2
Finely chop the celery, add to the broth, cook for 10 minutes. Then strain the fish broth.
Step 3
Cut the cod into fillets, remove the bones, put the fish pieces back into the soup.
Step 4
Peel the onions, chop, cut the bell pepper into strips. Saute vegetables in olive oil until soft.
Step 5
Peel the potatoes, cut into cubes, dip in the broth, cook for 15 minutes.
Step 6
Add vegetables to the soup, pour in hot milk. Season the soup with salt and pepper, cook for another 10 minutes.
Step 7
Pour ready-made cod milk soup with celery into soup bowls, sprinkle with chopped herbs (dill, parsley, green onions). Serve immediately.
