Delicious cherry muffins are prepared quickly and easily, and "diverge" in a matter of moments. Pastries go well with tea, compote and coffee.
Ingredients:
- Sugar - 0.5 tbsp;
- Chicken eggs - 4 pcs;
- Dark chocolate - 50 g;
- Baking powder or slaked soda - 1 tsp;
- Fresh or frozen cherries - 300 g;
- Cocoa - 4 tablespoons;
- Butter - 160 g;
- Sifted flour - 3/4 tbsp;
- Vanillin.
Preparation:
- On the eve of cooking, frozen cherries must be defrosted and rinsed under running water. We immediately remove the seeds, and drain the juice. If you are dealing with fresh berries, they also need to be rinsed and peeled.
- We combine softened butter (it is permissible to take butter margarine) with granulated sugar. We grind well, achieving a uniform consistency - here a mixer or an ordinary whisk will come in handy.
- Stir in chicken eggs and sifted cocoa powder: baked goods should not contain lumps. Mix thoroughly and add flour with vanilla and baking powder. The dough will turn out to be soft, plastic - not too thick, but not flowing either.
- Grind the chocolate on a grater or by hand using a knife. Pour the resulting crumb straight into the dough, followed by cherries.
- Mix everything again, distributing the components as evenly as possible. Now the dough can be put into molds - if the containers are not silicone, they must be pre-treated with oil and sprinkled with flour (you can use crushed breadcrumbs).
- The chocolate and cherry muffins will have to be baked for about half an hour at 180 degrees. It is better to remove products from the molds not immediately, but after some cooling.
When serving, the dessert can be garnished with whole berries and whipped cream.
