Required Ingredients:

  • 90 g butter;
  • 100 g icing sugar;
  • 25 g cocoa powder;
  • 3 egg whites;
  • 75 g flour;
  • 25 g brown sugar;
  • 100 g of any nuts.

Preparation:

  1. Melt the butter in a water bath and let it cool. Grind the nuts with a blender.
  2. Separate the whites from the yolks and beat them until a thick and fluffy foam is formed. Add all the other ingredients to the whipped whites, except for the butter.
  3. Pour melted butter into the resulting mass, after which we thoroughly mix all the components until smooth. Put the finished dough for chocolate cupcakes in a pastry bag and fill it with special baking tins.
  4. Cakes should be baked for 15 minutes at a temperature of 175 degrees. Remove the finished cupcakes from the oven, let them cool and decorate with cream to taste.

Recipe for curd cupcakes with mastic

Required ingredients for the dough:

  • 250 g of cottage cheese;
  • 1, 5 Art. tablespoons of sugar;
  • 1 tbsp. a spoonful of flour;
  • 2 tbsp. tablespoons of butter;
  • 2 eggs;
  • 2 tbsp. spoons of sour cream;
  • 0.5 teaspoons of baking soda.

Preparation:

  1. In a separate bowl, mix cottage cheese, eggs, sour cream and sugar. If desired, the taste of the dough can be varied by adding a small amount of mascarpone cheese to it.
  2. Add sifted flour, soda quenched with vinegar and butter melted in a water bath to the resulting mass. Mix all ingredients thoroughly until smooth.
  3. Place the prepared dough in cupcake tins and bake for 15 minutes at 180 degrees. While the finished cakes are cooling down, we start preparing the decoration.

Required ingredients for mastic:

  • 400 g icing sugar;
  • 75 ml of water;
  • 1 tbsp. a spoonful of vegetable oil;
  • 1 tbsp. a spoonful of condensed milk;
  • 50 g of honey;
  • 100 g corn starch;
  • 1, 5 teaspoons of gelatin granules;
  • 0, 5 tbsp. spoons of vodka;
  • lemon acid;
  • salt;
  • vanilla.

Preparation:

  1. Dilute gelatin with water and leave to swell for 15-30 minutes, then drain off excess water.
  2. Heat gelatin and honey in the microwave for 10 seconds, then add condensed milk, citric acid, vegetable oil, salt and vanilla. Mix all ingredients until smooth.
  3. Gradually add powdered sugar and starch into the resulting mixture, then mix until a dense consistency is formed. Knead the mastic on the table and roll it out, adding starch. Dilute the thick mass with vodka. We paint the mastic with food dyes.
