Thin, transparent, lacy, melting in the mouth - this is how pancakes can be. It is not difficult to learn how to bake delicious pancakes, you just need to adhere to a simple but very accurate recipe.
It is necessary
- - 700-800 ml of milk;
- - 8-9 tablespoons of flour with a large slide;
- - 4 eggs;
- - 1 tablespoon of granulated sugar;
- - 1 teaspoon of salt;
- - 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil.
Instructions
Step 1
Heat the milk, but do not boil it. Mix 200 ml of warm milk with eggs, salt and sugar, stir.
Step 2
Sift the flour into a bowl through a sieve. Flour should always be sieved to remove impurities or lumps. Also, when sifting, the flour is saturated with oxygen (which will ensure the rise of the dough), loosened and aired.
Step 3
Stir the flour until the lumps disappear. You can do this with a mixer. Add vegetable oil and stir to dissolve in the dough. Then pour the remaining warm milk into the dough.
Step 4
Start baking. You can pour the dough into the pan using a spoon or ladle. Do not grease the pan with oil, it is in the dough and the pancakes will not burn due to this.
Step 5
Pour the dough into the pan and tilt it from side to side so that the bottom of the pan is evenly covered with the dough. The heat should be slightly above average to ensure an even bake. Each side of the pancake takes about a minute to cook. Lift the edge of the pancake with a spatula to see if it turns golden. Turn the pancake over with a spatula and wait until the other side is "golden".
Step 6
Then turn the pan with the finished pancake onto a plate. Stir the dough periodically to maintain a homogeneous consistency.
Step 7
Fold the finished pancakes in a stack and cover until they become soft, or brush with butter and sprinkle with sugar. You can also fill pancakes with caviar, mushrooms with onions, cheese, chicken, cottage cheese or any other sweet / salty filling.
