Instructions

Step 1

Step 2

Preheat the oven to 180 degrees. Line a baking dish with baking paper. Tamp the mass in shape using the bottom of a faceted glass and send it to the oven for 10 minutes.

Step 3

With a mixer, mix the yolk with condensed milk, lemon juice and half a teaspoon of lemon zest. Gently, with a spatula, so as not to crush the berries, stir in the blueberries.
