Asparagus is not only healthy, but very original snacks can be prepared from it. Pomodoro Asparagus is a light nobu-style vegetable appetizer that can even be served on its own! Black pepper, if desired, can be replaced with chili pepper - then the dish will turn out to be more piquant and spicy.
It is necessary
- Per serving:
- - asparagus - 4 stems;
- - a clove of garlic;
- - one tomato;
- - onions - 1/2 head;
- - Parmesan cheese - 30 g;
- - olive oil - 1 tbsp. the spoon;
- - black pepper, salt - for an amateur.
Instructions
Step 1
Pour a spoonful of olive oil into a heated skillet. Use a vegetable peeler to peel the rough skin off the asparagus and cut them lengthwise into thin strips to create something like tagliatelle. Simmer for two minutes, until they are softer. Then transfer to a plate.
Step 2
Chop half an onion and a smaller clove of garlic, fry in the same skillet until golden brown.
Step 3
Dip the tomato into boiling water, after half a minute, pull it out, put it in ice water, remove the skin, cut the pulp almost to the state of gruel, send it to the pan.
Step 4
Season the resulting sauce with black pepper, salt and bring to a boil. When the sauce boils, return the asparagus to the skillet and sprinkle with grated cheese.
Step 5
Remove the pan from the heat, put the asparagus on a plate, pour over the sauce, sprinkle with ground pepper, send it to the table.
