- pasteurized - obtained by heating to 75 degrees. Such milk is stored longer, but it loses some of its beneficial properties;
- sterilized - processed at a temperature of 145 degrees and loses up to 75% of useful components;
- condensed - prepared by evaporating water and adding sugar;
- dry - evaporates to a powder state.
