A vegetable dish is always held in high esteem. If it is eggplant baked in the oven, then it is not only very tasty, but healthy. Their special taste is given by a mixture of cheeses and various herbs, which, when baked, leaves a wonderful aroma.
It is necessary
- - 500 g eggplant;
- - 300 g of mushrooms (both fresh and frozen mushrooms can be used);
- - 300 g of tomatoes;
- - 150 g of hard cheese;
- - 200 g low-fat sour cream;
- - 100 g feta cheese;
- - 3 cloves of garlic;
- - 1 tsp turmeric;
- - Salt to taste;
- - vegetable oil.
Instructions
Step 1
Wash the eggplants, cut into circles (about 1 cm thick), salt a little and leave. Cut the mushrooms into medium pieces. Chop the garlic, mix with sour cream. Cut the greens, mix everything thoroughly.
Step 2
Grate feta cheese and hard cheese on a fine grater. Cut the tomatoes into thin slices. Rinse the eggplants from salt, salt a second time if necessary
Step 3
Grease the baking dish with vegetable oil, put the eggplants on the bottom. Brush with a mixture of sour cream, herbs and garlic, half should remain on the second layer. Place the mushrooms on top of the mixture, then cover with the chopped tomatoes and brush with a second layer of the mixture.
Step 4
Sprinkle with hard cheese and feta cheese on top. Eggplants are baked in the oven at 170 degrees for 25 - 30 minutes. The dish should be golden brown.
