To prepare fluffy, tender donuts, it should be borne in mind that, with all its advantages, this muffin is rather capricious in preparation and requires certain skills and strict fulfillment of certain conditions.

Step 1
Simple unpaired yeast dough. Pour a glass of warm water or milk into a saucepan and dissolve 20 grams of yeast. Add sugar, salt, 1 egg, 4 cups of sifted flour and knead for 5-8 minutes until the dough is smooth, not very steep, and without lumps. At the end of the batch, add 4 tablespoons of warmed oil, stir gently, cover the saucepan and ferment in a warm place. Two hours after kneading, when the dough begins to rise strongly, knead it. Leave to ferment for about forty minutes more. Do a second workout and place it on a floured table or cutting board.
Step 2
Yeast dough using the sponge method. First, use a spoon to knead the liquid mash, which is called the dough. For kneading, take half a glass of warm milk or water, 20 grams of yeast and two glasses of flour. Leave the dough to ferment in a warm place for three hours until maximum rise. As soon as it begins to settle, start kneading the dough. Add warmed four eggs mixed with sugar and salt to the dough, gradually add two glasses of flour and knead for seven minutes until a homogeneous mass is obtained. At the end of the batch, add oil, which needs to be heated to the consistency of thick sour cream. Cover the pot with a lid and place in a warm place for further fermentation. After about an hour, knead the dough and place it on a floured table.
