Consuming only carbohydrate-free foods, you should remember that such a diet for a long time will not lead to good. Carbohydrates are needed by the body in the same way as proteins and fats. Without them, serious health problems can begin - from severe weakness to muscle atrophy. In addition, some useful substances simply cannot be absorbed by the body if there are no carbohydrates in it. To maintain your health and shape, you should eat foods containing complex carbohydrates, such as whole grains or dried fruits, at least a couple of times a week.
