Soups are an important part of a healthy diet. They are cooked in meat, meat and bone, fish, vegetable, mushroom broths. They are recommended for dietary and baby food. Instructions
Step 1
Rinse 2 legs under cold running water. Place them in a saucepan and cover with water. Place the saucepan over high heat and bring the contents to a boil.
Step 2
When the water boils, remove the lid from the pan, reduce the heat. Use a spoon to scoop the foam off the broth. Continue simmering the broth until the legs are tender.
Step 3
Peel and chop 1 large onion. Peel 1 carrot, wash and grate on a coarse grater.
Step 4
Wash 400 g of fresh mushrooms and chop finely.
Step 5
Grate 3 processed cheese curds (about 300 g) on a fine grater.
Step 6
Peel 500 g potatoes, rinse them. Cut the potatoes into strips and rinse again.
Step 7
Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan, put carrots, onions and mushrooms in it. Fry mushrooms and vegetables until half cooked. Then add some stock from the pan and simmer the contents of the pan until tender.
Step 8
Remove the finished legs from the broth. Separate the meat from the bones, chop it and put it in a saucepan.
Step 9
Dip the grated cheese into the broth, stir the soup until the cheese is completely dissolved.
Step 10
Put potatoes in a saucepan, bring them to a boil. Add the stewed vegetables with mushrooms and cook the soup until tender. Don't forget to salt it to taste.
Step 11
Serve the soup with chopped herbs. Additionally, you can serve sour cream or mayonnaise.
Step 12
A delicious soup will turn out according to a different recipe. Cut 3 tomatoes, put in vegetable oil preheated in a pan. Add 1 peeled and chopped onion and 1 finely grated carrot there. Saute vegetables over low heat until tender.
Step 13
Pour 1.5 liters of water into a saucepan. Bring it to a boil.
Step 14
Place peeled and finely chopped potatoes in boiling water.
Step 15
Add 2 chopped sausages to the boiling potatoes. As soon as the soup comes to a boil, add the stewed vegetables to it. Season the soup to taste.
Step 16
Serve the soup hot, sprinkled with fresh or dried herbs.
