To make delicious pancakes, you will need the following products: 1 cup flour, 50 grams of granulated sugar, 1 cup kefir, 2 tablespoons butter, 1 egg, 1 teaspoon baking powder, 1/4 teaspoon baking soda, 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon.
For serving pancakes, prepare caramel apples. To do this, prepare 2-3 apples, 3 tablespoons of vegetable oil, 1/3 cup of sugar and 1/3 teaspoon of cinnamon.

In a medium bowl, combine flour, granulated sugar, baking powder, baking soda, and cinnamon. Combine kefir and egg in a separate container, then pour this mixture over the dry ingredients. Stir the dough thoroughly until smooth. Pour the melted butter into the dough and stir again.
Brush a skillet with a little vegetable oil and heat over medium heat. When the pan is hot enough, pour a small portion of the dough over it and bake the first pancake on both sides until golden. Bake all the pancakes.
Make caramel apples. Peel the fruit, remove the core and seeds, cut into small cubes. In a frying pan, melt the butter and put the chopped apples into it, add granulated sugar and cinnamon. Cook for 6 minutes, stirring constantly.
