It is necessary

    • carcass or fillet of pink salmon;
    • 2-3 onions;
    • 1 large carrot (or 2 medium carrots)
    • 150-200 g of hard cheese;
    • vegetable oil;
    • a glass of sour cream;
    • a teaspoon of flour;
    • a teaspoon of butter;
    • spices to taste;
    • salt.

Instructions

Step 1

Scale the fish (if you have a carcass, not a fillet). Cut off her head, tail, fins and divide the pink salmon along the backbone into two layers. Cut out the backbone and remove the pits. Wash the resulting fillet and cut into medium-sized portions.

Step 2

Peel and finely chop the onion. Wash, peel and grate the carrots on a harmful grater. Pour vegetable oil into a frying pan and fry the onions and carrots in it until golden brown.

Step 3

Prepare the sauce separately. Transfer the sour cream to a small saucepan and heat over low heat. When it boils, add a teaspoon of flour mixed with the same amount of softened butter. Stir everything thoroughly and boil for one or two minutes. Then remove the sauce from heat and cool.

Step 4

Take a deep pan or skillet and brush it well with vegetable oil. Lay the fried vegetables in an even layer. Season fish pieces with salt and place over vegetables. Next, alternate the layers.

Step 5

Pour the sauce over the fish and vegetables.

Step 6

Grate the cheese and sprinkle the fish gourmet on top. For convenience, you can pre-mix the grated cheese with sour cream sauce and put the ready-made mass on the fish.

Step 7

Preheat the oven to 180-200 degrees and place the fish dish in it. Please note: the oven must be well preheated. Otherwise, the fish will not bake well, dry out and become tasteless.

Step 8

Bake until tender for twenty to thirty minutes. When the cheese crust is browned, remove the dish from the oven. Transfer to a plate. Wash, dry, finely chop the greens and sprinkle the prepared fish with "Lakomka".

Step 9

When cooking fish gourmet, you can not alternate layers. Put the pink salmon on a greased baking sheet, and on top of each piece, spread the fried onions and carrots in the form of a "hat". Next, fill with sour cream sauce, sprinkle with cheese and bake in an oven heated to 200 degrees until tender.
