- - 200 g of soft milk cheese;
- - 3 eggs;
- - 1 tbsp. Sahara;
- - 100 g sour cream;
- - zest of one lemon;
- - 1 tbsp. vanilla extract.
Instructions
Step 1
In a mixer, beat the milk cheese on low speed for 1 minute until smooth without lumps. Add eggs, stir. Add sugar gradually and beat until lightly creamy.
Step 2
Add sour cream, lemon zest and vanilla. Mix the dough until smooth, it should be as smooth as possible. Then pour it into a baking bowl. Smooth the top with a spoon or scraper.
Step 3
Bake over medium heat for 45 minutes. Let cool. Pour sour cream on top and arrange fruits and berries beautifully. Cut into small pieces and serve with tea. Bon Appetit!
