This delicacy for tea or coffee has an oily sandy base, a creamy-creamy filling with lemons - a real delight! Such a cake is prepared in about 1 hour, but your work will be appreciated by all household members.

- For ten servings:
- - 600 ml whipping cream;
- - 400 g of sugar;
- - 300 g of wheat flour;
- - 200 g of butter;
- - 100 g of starch;
- - 4 eggs;
- - 3 large lemons.

Step 1
Grate the lemon zest, squeeze the juice out of the lemon. In a deep bowl, mix 200 g flour with the specified amount of starch. Add softened butter to the flour (you must first get it from the refrigerator so that it stands at room temperature), grind it with flour - the mixture should remind you of crumbs. Add 100 g of sugar, stir well.
Step 2
Put the resulting dough in a baking dish, tamp it well, put it in an oven preheated to 180 degrees for 10-15 minutes.
Step 3
Prepare the filling for the cakes. To do this, whip cream with 300 g of sugar, eggs, add 100 g of flour, lemon zest and fresh juice, beat until a homogeneous mixture is obtained.
Step 4
Remove the finished base from the oven, immediately pour lemon cream on top of it. Return the mold to the oven again. Bake for 25 minutes, the top should set during this time. Remove the dish from the oven, chill the contents completely, then cut into rectangles. Serve a lemon-filled shortcrust cake with tea as a dessert. With such a dessert, you can encourage children instead of purchased chocolates and bars - it turns out much healthier.
