  • - 300 g of wheat flour;

  • - a bag of baking powder;
  • - 5 g of pumpkin seed oil.
  • For the custard:
  • - 160 g of milk;
  • - 30 g of wheat flour;
  • - 15 g of potato starch;
  • - 2 eggs;
  • - 250 g of sugar;
  • - 1/3 bag of vanillin;
  • - 50 g of oil;
  • - any berries and fruits.

Instructions

Step 1

Mix flour and semolina, add all the baking powder, mix.

Step 2

In a separate bowl, beat the egg yolks with sugar into a thick foam, add melted butter. Beat until smooth, gradually, without ceasing to beat the mass, gradually add flour with semolina.

Step 3

Remove the dough from the dishes and knead with your hands for 3-6 minutes. Wrap the dough with cling film, refrigerate for 30-40 minutes.

Step 4

Take out the dough, place it in a prepared and greased form, put it in an oven preheated to 180 degrees for half an hour. Refrigerate.

Step 5

Cream: sugar, vanillin, potato starch, mix flour in a deep saucepan, gradually add milk, followed by eggs. The mass must be homogeneous. Cook, stirring occasionally, until the cream becomes thick. Allow the cream to cool properly.

Step 6

Spread half of the total amount of cream on the cooled crust, spread the optionally chopped peach with strawberries on top. Pour the rest of the custard over the fruit, lay out the raspberries beautifully on top of it. Put the finished cake in the cold for 5 hours.
