It is necessary

  • - 1/3 part lemon;
  • - 250 g of cottage cheese;
  • - 1 tbsp. a spoonful of honey;
  • - 250 g puff pastry;
  • - 1 tbsp. spoonful of stevia sugar.

Instructions

Step 1

Take 250 grams of cottage cheese (it is better to choose medium fat cottage cheese, about 5%), add half a tablespoon of honey. Cut 1/3 of the lemon pulp into it and add one tablespoon of vegetable stevia sugar (this will be safe for the figure, since stevia does not cause a peak rise in blood sugar).

Step 2

Take a puff yeast dough and start forming puffs. Knead the dough a little, create a layer of about 5 mm and cut it into squares, put the filling in the middle. Pinch the ends of all four opposite sides of the dough and hold them together well.

Step 3

Before placing the envelopes in the oven, prepare a baking sheet by greasing it with a little vegetable oil. And to make the puffs ruddy, grease them with egg yolk on top. Send the baking sheet to the oven, preheated to 180 degrees, for 25-30 minutes. One such puff contains about 210 kcal.
