Step 1

First, let's prepare the dough. Combine milk, salt and sunflower oil in a saucepan, bring to a boil, then add half a glass of flour. Let the dough cool, then beat the egg into it.

Add flour until the dough thickens. Knead with your hands, adding more flour if necessary. Wrap the finished dough in plastic wrap. Now let's make the filling. If you have whole meat, grind it into minced meat. Put the minced meat in a bowl. Sprinkle the meat with black pepper, paprika and salt to taste.

Peel and squeeze the garlic. Peel and finely chop the onion. Add chopped onions to minced meat. Mix all this and add 2-3 tbsp. mayonnaise. Rinse the cilantro under cold water, chop and add to the minced meat.

Mix everything well. Now let's put it all together. To make pasties, we need round dough pieces. To do this, tear off a piece with a diameter of about 3 centimeters from a whole piece of dough and roll it out so that the dough layer becomes very thin.
