Many people love oriental food. Here is a recipe for one unusual Chinese dish. It resembles Russian dumplings, but the Chinese dressing and serving makes it more unique and tasty.

- - 7 onions
- - 450 g of meat
- - 400 g cabbage
- - 1 tsp soy sauce
- - 2 tsp sesame seeds
- - salt
Instructions
Step 1
First, we take 1 glass of flour, sift, after sifting, thoroughly mix the flour and water in a deep cup. There should be as much of it as is required to obtain a batter.
Step 2
Now let's start preparing the filling. We take cabbage, onions, meat. Finely chop the meat and onions, chop the cabbage. Scroll everything in a meat grinder until smooth, salt. Grind the sesame seeds and mix with the filling, then add the soy sauce. Set aside for 10-15 minutes.
Step 3
Add a second glass of flour to the prepared batter and knead it so that the dough turns out to be loose. Now we take it and roll it into a sausage with a diameter of 5-6 cm. Now we cut the sausage into rings and make cakes from them. Their diameter should be about 7-8 cm. Put 1 teaspoon of the filling on the cakes and pinch the ends in a crescent so that there is space between the filling and the dough.
Step 4
Each dumpling must be prepared separately and placed on a floured board.
Step 5
Boil the dumplings in salted water until tender. Before serving the dumplings, pour over them with soy sauce or grape vinegar.
