Dumplings are a favorite dish almost all over the world, and each nation has its own recipes and options for its preparation. As a filling, you can use minced meat, mushroom or fish.
It is necessary
- For the test:
- - flour - 500 g;
- - water.
- For filling:
- - mackerel - 500 g;
- - fatty pork - 75 g;
- - leeks - 150 g;
- - vegetable oil - 30 g;
- - peanut butter - 25 g;
- - salt to taste.
Instructions
Step 1
Prepare fish fillets. Remove the head, remove the bones from the pulp and chop finely. Rinse the pork and chop into the same small pieces as the fish. Toss the ingredients and place the minced meat in a deep bowl.
Step 2
Pour the cold mold into the minced fish in portions, stirring constantly clockwise in one direction. Then pour in the vegetable oil (it is better if it is fragrant). Cut the leeks into small pieces and add to the mass. Salt everything to taste and mix thoroughly again.
Step 3
Sift flour on the table with a slide, make depressions in it and pour in some water. Start kneading the dough by gradually adding water. You should get a cool dough, like dumplings. Roll the dough into a sausage, cut into pieces and roll them very thinly into pancakes about 6 cm in diameter. Place the filling in the middle of each and pinch the edges.
Step 4
Boil water and gently dip the dumplings into it. After they come up, cover the pot and cook for 3 minutes. Then pour in cold water and cook the fish dumplings until tender.
