  • - 90 g mung bean noodles;
  • - 6 fresh mustard leaves;
  • - 2 tbsp. spoons of soy sauce.
  • For serving:
  • - 2 green onions;
  • - 1 red chili pepper;
  • - fresh cilantro.

Instructions

Step 1

Soak glass noodles in hot water and leave to soften. While you can do other products.

Grind fish fillets in a kitchen processor, or mince. Add 4 tablespoons of water, pepper and salt to taste, knead the minced meat out of the fillet. Add rice flour to it, stir well, shape into small balls for easy eating.
