In the hot summer season, we especially want to pamper ourselves with refreshing drinks made from berries or fruits. One of the most popular and delicious soft drinks is watermelon punch - sparkling, juicy, unusually tasty and original. Without a doubt, it will become a worthy decoration for a friendly party.
Ingredients (for 14-16 servings):
- Ripe peach - 1 fruit;
- Semi-sweet white wine - 0.75 l;
- Large watermelon;
- Cognac - 120 ml;
- Large grapes - 350 g;
- Dry white wine - 0.75 l;
- Granulated sugar - 90 g;
- Ripe green apples - 2 pcs;
- Fruit liqueur - 0.5 cups;
- Ice cubes.
Preparation:
- We thoroughly rinse all the declared fruits. Grind a couple of apples and a peach into small slices.
- It is advisable to take grapes for a punch of two varieties - dark and light. Cut it into halves.
- Place the fruit slices in a spacious bowl. Sprinkle with granulated sugar (cane will come in handy) and pour over cognac. Dry wine will follow.
- Stir everything thoroughly and send it to the refrigerator for at least 2 hours: the fruit should start juicing.
- We also cool the remaining ingredients - the punch is prepared exclusively from cold products. At the same time, we will prepare more ice cubes.
- We carefully wash the watermelon. Let it dry, and then carefully cut off the "lid" of a rather large diameter. We carefully remove the pulp, trying not to damage the peel - later our watermelon will turn into a huge vessel for serving a pear.
- Carefully separate the seeds and cut the watermelon pulp into small pieces. If you are fortunate enough to have a special round dessert spoon, beautiful balls can be formed.
- We transfer cold fruits from the bowl to the prepared watermelon (the juice will also go there). Throw in the watermelon slices, then pour the wine and liquor.
- The final touch is to add ice cubes. It will take a lot of them - 2-3 handfuls. Mix well - and the fruit punch is ready to delight the audience!
