The juicy part of the watermelon is spread on cheesecloth and squeezed well, you get watermelon juice, which needs to be cooled. In a couple of hours in the refrigerator, it will become very pleasant. Before serving, watermelon juice is diluted with mineral carbonated water, for 1 liter of juice you need 0.5 liters of water. Best served with ice cubes. The drink is not sweet, but very pleasant. If desired, you can add a couple of lemon slices to the liquid, but this is not for everybody.

Non-alcoholic pulp punch is made from watermelon and pineapple. Place the watermelon pulp in a blender and beat until smooth. Then pineapple pieces are placed there, too, stir until mashed. It is better to take ripe fruits so that they easily turn into pulp. Sugar is added to the resulting mass to taste, it is better to make it not too sweet, but also not bland. Beat everything again and put in the refrigerator. Before serving, the mass is mixed in mineral water in a ratio of 1 to 1. If you add ice cubes, the drink will become even more interesting.

Alcoholic punch is made from a variety of fruits. You will need bananas, apples, pineapples, watermelon, sweet champagne, and fruit liqueur. The watermelon pulp is squeezed through cheesecloth. Peeled fruits are added to the juice, beat with a blender. Then the mass is mixed with champagne and liqueur. It will take 400 ml of champagne and 100-150 g of liqueur for 1 liter of fruit. The resulting liquid must be cooled, it is optimal to put it in the refrigerator for 3-4 hours. The drink is best served in a watermelon or deep ice vase. To spice up your drink, you can make ice cubes not from water, but from white or green tea.

Watermelon punch with vermouth is a great drink for any occasion. Better to take white vermouth (1, 5-2 cups), as well as 2 tablespoons of sugar. To get a rich punch, you need 3 glasses of watermelon juice without pulp. Combine all ingredients in a blender until smooth, then add ice and whisk again. Serve immediately in glasses until the ice has completely melted. Chilled glass will make the drink even more enjoyable, place the punch dish in the freezer for a few minutes before serving. You can decorate the glass with mint petals or lemon slices.
