In summer, you want something cool and refreshing. Cruchon, cooked in watermelon, will decorate your table. Although alcohol is a part of the drink, the drink is invigorating and light due to the abundance of fruits.
It is necessary
- For 10-12 servings:
- - 1 large watermelon;
- - 750 ml of dry white wine;
- - 750 ml of white semi-sweet wine;
- - 150 g of black and white grapes;
- - 100 ml of fruit liqueur;
- - 100 ml of brandy;
- - 2 apples;
- - 1 peach;
- - 4 tbsp. tablespoons of sugar;
- - ice.
Instructions
Step 1
Rinse the fruit, pat dry. Cut the grapes in half and remove the seeds. Peel the apples and cut them into thin slices. Remove the stone from the peach, cut it into slices or cubes - this is not so important.
Step 2
Pour the prepared fruits and berries into a deep bowl, pour cognac and 350 ml of dry white wine, mix, add sugar, put in the refrigerator for two hours. Remember to freeze the ice beforehand. Put the remaining wine in the refrigerator for now too - all the ingredients in the punch should be cold.
Step 3
Rinse a large watermelon, dry it, cut off the lid from it. Take out all the pulp with a spoon, remove the seeds, and cut the pulp into cubes. Transfer chilled fruit to empty watermelon, add watermelon pulp, pour in wine and any sweet fruit liqueur. Add ice cubes, stir. The fruit punch in the watermelon is ready, in this form and serve it on the table.
