To prepare the dough for pies, you will need the following ingredients: 500 g of wheat flour, 1 teaspoon of soda, 500 ml of yogurt, 1 chicken egg, 1 teaspoon of salt, 2 teaspoons of granulated sugar.

To prepare the filling: 500 g liver sausage, 150 g feta cheese, a bunch of garlic arrows. To fry pies, you need 200-250 ml of vegetable oil.

Sifted wheat flour is mixed with soda, salt, sugar, yogurt and chicken eggs. Knead the dough and leave it alone for 10-15 minutes. During this time, you can prepare the filling for the pies.

The sausage is peeled and finely chopped. The garlic arrows are cut into small pieces and fried in hot vegetable oil. Reducing the heat to medium, add the sausage to the fried arrows.

When frying the filling, knead the ingredients with a fork. Mashed feta cheese is added to the cooled minced meat. Mix the filling well.

The dough is rolled out on a cutting board in a layer no more than 0.5 cm thick. Using a mug, cut out identical circles. Put the filling in the middle of each mug and form pies, pinching the edges tightly. Fry the pies in a large amount of heated vegetable oil on both sides until a pleasant golden hue is formed.

Recipe for liver sausage and potato patties

To prepare pies with liver sausage and potatoes, you will need the following ingredients: 1 kg of yeast dough, 250 g of liver sausage, 3-4 potato tubers, 1 head of onion, dill, salt and black pepper to taste.

Potato tubers are washed under running water, peeled and rubbed on a coarse grater. Onions are finely chopped and fried in hot vegetable oil. Finely chopped sausage, mashed potatoes are added to the onion and the minced meat is continued to fry until tender. The cooled minced meat is mixed with finely chopped dill. If desired, you can add salt and pepper to the filling.

The risen yeast dough is divided into pieces of approximately the same size. Each piece is rolled into circles up to 0.3-0.4 mm thick. Put the minced meat in the middle of the circles and form pies.

Grease a baking sheet with vegetable oil and put pies on it. Then cover the baking sheet with a clean towel and put it in a warm place so that the dough rises.

The oven is heated to 180-200 ° C. Place the baking sheet on a medium level. Cooking liver sausage and potato patties in the oven will take about 30-35 minutes.
