  • - 4 potatoes
  • - 500 g minced pork
  • - 50 g grated cheese
  • - 1 onion
  • - 2 cloves of garlic
  • - 1 tomato
  • - 1 small bell pepper

Instructions

Step 1

Boil the potatoes in their skins, cool and peel them. Finely chop the onion and dill, squeeze the garlic through a special press.

Step 2

Add eggs, onion, dill and garlic to the minced meat, mix everything. Season with salt and pepper.

Step 3

Grease a baking dish (preferably split) with vegetable oil. Heat the oven to 200 degrees.

Step 4

Cut the boiled potatoes into circles and lay them in layers on the bottom of the mold, remembering to salt and pepper. Gently put the minced meat on top of the potatoes and send to the oven for half an hour.

Step 5

Cut the bell peppers into thin narrow strips, and the tomatoes into slices. After 30 minutes, remove the cake from the oven and put on the minced meat first the bell pepper, then the tomatoes. Sprinkle with grated cheese on top and place in the oven again for 15 minutes. Decorate the finished cake with herbs, a boiled egg and can be served.
