Manty is a traditional dish that is found in the cuisines of many peoples of Central Asia, Turkey, Korea, Mongolia. They are prepared from minced meat and dough, and steamed in a special oven or double boiler. However, the main secret of this great dish is the way it is pinched. This must be done so that the mantle does not fall apart during cooking, and the juice from the minced meat remains inside.

Instructions
Step 1
Cut the dough into equal parts, depending on the number of circles in the cooker. Then divide each piece into 8-12 pieces. This amount will depend on your preference, whether you want them to be smaller or larger.

Roll each piece with a rolling pin so that you have a round cake. Adjust the thickness of the cake depending on which dough you like, thin or thicker.
Step 3
Place minced meat on each rolled circle so that the edges remain free so that you can pinch them without any problems.

You can pinch the edges in several ways, try different methods and choose which one you like best.
Step 5
With the fingers of one hand, grasp the edge of the rolled cake, and with the other hand, grasp the edge of the cake on the other side. Connect these edges over the minced meat and pinch in the center. There will be two free semicircles left and right. Pinch their edges: left with right, and right with left.
Step 6
You can pinch in the same way as described in the previous step, but leave the middle open, that is, you get a hole with minced meat.
Step 7
Another way to pinch the manti is to fold the edges like dumplings, but just collect them in the shape of a rose.
Step 8
Although classic manty is made in the shape of a square, closed manty with meat can also be made in the form of a triangle. First, pinch the dough with a cone, but do not do it all the way. Pinch the remaining tip with your tail so that you get a closed mant.
Step 9
Before you put the ready-made manti on the mugs of the cooker, dip their bottom in vegetable oil. To make it easier to do this, pour the oil into a saucer. So the manti will not stick to the tier of the cooker.
