Instructions

Step 1

Bake the most common shortbread cookies. Mix softened butter or margarine with sugar and egg, add flour to the mixture and knead into an elastic dough. Roll it into a layer and cut out circles and ovals.

Heat the oven to a temperature of 180 degrees. Cover the baking sheet with parchment paper or grease with margarine. put cookies on it and put in the oven for 15-20 minutes until tender. After that, remove the baking sheet and let the liver cool completely.

Prepare the cream. For decoration, any, oil, protein, from condensed milk is suitable. Add the swollen gelatin to the protein mass. Beat for another 10 minutes. Then add the baking soda on the tip of a knife and lemon juice. Beat the cream for another 5 minutes. As a result, you should get a white glossy mass.

Divide the cream into pieces and add food coloring to each. Stir the mixture gently but thoroughly until smooth.

To make the chicken, use a round cookie. Spread a layer of yellow cream over it. Cut out the scallop, beak and legs from the orange marmalade and place them on the cookies. Chicken wings and feathers can be made from chunks of straw. Draw the eyes with chocolate melted in a water bath.
