Step 1

First you need to prepare a fragrant mixture with which the brisket will be soaked for 12 hours. The garlic should be peeled and then grated on the finest grater or chopped with a blender. Add all the prepared peppers and salt to the garlic, and then mix the resulting mixture thoroughly.

If it is not possible to purchase brisket, then you can cook ordinary bacon in this way. But juicy brisket with a thin layer of meat will turn out to be especially tasty and tender.

A fragrant mixture is required to carefully rub the brisket on all sides. Then wrap it in two large plastic bags, having previously released all the available air from them. Otherwise, it will swell up in hot water.

Packets with bacon must be left for 12 hours at room temperature so that it absorbs seasonings and salt. After that, the brisket will need to be lowered into a saucepan and cooked over low heat for 1, 5-2 hours. The final period depends on the thickness of the piece.

Step 5

After the brisket has cooled in the water, you can put it in the refrigerator. The finished dish turns out to be very tender, tasty, soft and aromatic. It is especially tasty to serve it with fresh bread and vegetables, for example, for breakfast.
