Delicious and incredibly juicy boiled pork made from pork with spices. It is very easy to cook at home.

- • Spices - rosemary, thyme;
- • Bay leaf - 2 pcs;
- • Garlic - 2-3 cloves;
- • Water - 1 liter;
- • Salt - 2-3 tsp;
- • Black pepper to taste.
Instructions
Step 1
Add bay leaf, thyme, rosemary, pepper to boiled water, season with salt, cook for another 5 minutes. Remove water from heat and allow to cool.
Step 2
Put the meat in a saucepan and pour over the cooled aromatic water so that it completely covers the meat. In order for the meat to be well marinated, you need to put it in the refrigerator, having previously covered it with cling film, for 3 hours, or longer.
Step 3
Take out the meat, dry it, add spices, pepper and salt. Make small pockets in the meat, in which put the peeled garlic.
Step 4
Put the prepared meat in a roasting sleeve, pour a little with marinade. Bake in the oven for about an hour at 200 degrees.
Step 5
After an hour, cut the sleeve, pour the boiled pork with the juice that stands out and bake for another 10 minutes to get a golden brown crust.
Step 6
Pork pork can be served hot with a side dish, or as a cold appetizer, simply cut into pieces. You can use rice or boiled potatoes as a side dish.
