  • Milk - half a glass;
  • Egg - 4 pcs;
  • Vegetable oil for frying;
  • Salt and pepper.

Ingredients for the filling:

  • Carrots - 2 pcs;
  • Turnip onions - 2 pcs;
  • Butter for frying the filling - 50 g;
  • Garlic - 1 clove;
  • Nutmeg - 1 pinch
  • Salt and pepper optional;
  • Mayonnaise - 150 g.

Preparation:

  1. You need to mince the washed beef liver or process it in a food processor. Add eggs to the resulting liver mince. Sift flour into minced meat. Then slowly pour milk into the minced meat. Beat the resulting minced liver with a blender. This will make the pie dough.
  2. From the resulting dough, you need to prepare pancakes. To do this, heat the sunflower oil in a pancake pan and fry the pancakes from the dough in the usual way.
  3. Now you need to prepare the filling for the liver cake. Peel the onions and chop very finely. Peel the carrots and grate them into strips on a grater with a large nozzle.
  4. Fry onions and carrots in hot butter until tender, their shade should turn golden. Peel and chop the garlic through a garlic press. Mix the entire filling mixture well.
  5. Then you need to collect the liver cake. To do this, put the first main liver pancake on the plate on which you plan to serve the dish. Grease it liberally with mayonnaise. Put the second pancake on top of the mayonnaise. On it you need to put the prepared filling of onions, carrots and garlic. Then alternate layers, smearing them with mayonnaise. Layer pancakes in layers until they run out.
  6. Olives and fresh herbs are perfect for decorating the finished cake.
