Quick picnic sandwiches

To make picnic sandwiches quickly and easily, you don't have to limit yourself to the usual layers of bread, cheese, sausage or ham. On hot summer days, sandwiches with fresh vegetables are an excellent light and pleasant snack. For example, radish. For a few mouth-watering snacks (depending on the size of the bread slices), you will need a couple of hard-boiled eggs, 150 g sour cream, 150-200 g radish with tops, and a bunch of dill.

Chop the eggs very finely, rinse the vegetables thoroughly in running water, free them from the tails and grate. Cut a small amount of young radish tops, dill (in chopped form - about a tablespoon), salt all the ingredients to taste and mix with sour cream. Spread the resulting mixture on slices of bread, decorate the picnic sandwiches on top with small sprigs of dill and circles of radish.

Fast and delicious, hearty sandwich fillings are made from cheese. Pass through a meat grinder or grind in a blender: hard-boiled egg; 100 g ham or sausage; 50 g of cheese; half a glass of walnuts; a tablespoon of butter. Add mustard, pepper and salt to taste, mix everything and use for sandwiches.

Holiday picnic sandwiches

If you are planning to arrange a holiday in nature and dream of surprising guests with unusual, exotic sandwiches, you will have to tinker. But such a non-trivial treat will do honor to any hostess, especially if you decorate it carefully and beautifully. First, make an original sweet white onion jam. For 1 kg of this vegetable, you will need 6 tablespoons of granulated sugar, 5 g of table salt, 0.5 liters of white wine and 5 tablespoons of olive oil and a pinch of thyme (thyme).

Peel and rinse the onion, cut into slices, place in a thick-bottomed bowl and pour in the oil. Cook vegetables over low heat with constant stirring until they are translucent. Add wine, granulated sugar, thyme and salt and simmer until the wine evaporates. Stir the white onion jam regularly until dark and thick. Refrigerate before use.

Prepare other ingredients for your holiday sandwiches. Boil 150 g of lean meat (calculated for 4 slices of bread) and refrigerate. Peel an avocado (one fruit), chop and mix with the freshly squeezed juice of half a lemon or lime. Add 2 tablespoons sour cream. Now make snacks, layering on bread in layers: avocado in sour cream; meat; white onion confiture. Delicious holiday picnic sandwiches are ready for a true gourmet!
