Wash and dry the courgettes, cut them into 2 cm cubes and simmer in a little vegetable oil until tender. Cut the boiled chicken fillet and pickles into small pieces. Combine the stewed zucchini, pickled mushrooms, chicken and cucumbers, add finely chopped herbs, salt and pepper to taste. Season the salad with mayonnaise and stir.

You will need the following products: 1 marinated zucchini, 2 boiled potatoes in their uniforms, 3 hard-boiled eggs, 200 g of any hard cheese, a bunch of green onions, a few sprigs of fresh parsley and dill, salt and mayonnaise to taste.

Peel potatoes and eggs, cut into small cubes. Grate the cheese on a medium grater. Cut the marinated zucchini into medium-sized slices. Wash and dry green onions, parsley and dill, chop them finely. Mix all the ingredients of the salad, salt to taste, season with mayonnaise and stir.
