In the meantime, prepare the pork broth: thoroughly wash a piece of pork (300 grams), cut into pieces, cover them with 2 liters of water and bring to a boil over medium heat, then simmer for another 30 minutes over low heat. Use a slotted spoon or spoon to skim off the foam periodically. Strain through a colander. Pour the cooked beans with broth, put on low heat.

Onions (2 pieces), peel, cut into cubes and fry in a skillet in vegetable oil until golden brown. Cut 350 grams of chopped ham into thin strips. Instead of ham, you can use sausage, smoked fillet, smoked brisket, fried or boiled pork. Peel 4 cloves of garlic, pass through a garlic press. Chop 5 green onions finely.

When the broth with beans boils, carefully add ham, fried onions, garlic there, mix thoroughly. Season to taste. Leave on low heat (100 ° C) for three minutes. Add green onions. Salt the prepared soup with beans and ham, add dill, parsley, pour into deep bowls or clay bowls, season with sour cream (spoonful on a plate) and add some chopped green olives if desired.
