Each of us remembers the taste of bean soup familiar from childhood. It is considered a traditional first course in Russian cuisine, along with borscht or cabbage soup. Plus, making bean soup won't take you a lot of time, and the recipe is very simple.

- 400-500 g of meat;
- 1 cup dry white beans
- 3 pieces of potatoes;
- green onions;
- parsley;
- 1 carrot;
- 2 tbsp. tablespoons of tomato paste.
Instructions
Step 1
Boil the meat and remove from the broth.
Step 2
Simmer the beans. Do not forget to pre-soak it for 10-12 hours. As a rule, housewives soak the beans overnight, and in the morning they prepare the soup. The beans become soft and boil faster.
Step 3
Carefully cut the meat into small pieces. When the beans are ready, put the meat back in there, add the chopped potatoes and grated carrots to the pot.
Step 4
A few minutes before the bean soup is ready, add herbs to the pan (you can add not only parsley, but also other spices, which make your soup taste richer), tomato paste. Don't forget to pepper and salt.
Step 5
Turn off the stove and let the soup steep for a few minutes. Bean soup is ready. Bon Appetit!
