There are a huge number of pancake recipes. The main ingredient for them is milk, but it can also be replaced with kefir. Then the dough turns out to be more airy, but at the same time thicker. Pancakes can also be stuffed with sweet, curd or meat filling.
It is necessary
- - kefir 1 l
- - boiled water 200 ml
- - sugar 3 tbsp.
- - eggs 3 pcs.
- - salt 1 tsp
- - soda 1 tsp.
- - vegetable oil 1 cup
- - flour 15 tbsp.
Instructions
Step 1
Add eggs to kefir and beat thoroughly.
Step 2
Add sugar, salt, vegetable oil and water to the resulting mass.
Step 3
We extinguish a teaspoon of soda with boiling water and add to the future dough.
Step 4
The very last ingredient is flour. For 1 liter of kefir, 15 tablespoons of flour will be quite enough. The consistency of the dough should be of medium viscosity - not runny, but not too thick. If the dough is too viscous, you can add a little warm water, otherwise you will need a few extra tablespoons of flour.
Step 5
We fry pancakes in the usual way. Grease each finished pancake with vegetable oil. Bon Appetit!
